1. Start Small!

Many journaling programs will suggest you write 3 pages every morning! Or even schedule 30 or 45 minutes a day to journal! If you have a hard time starting, then try 1 sentence per page per day! It will work miracles in your life if you do it every day!

2. Commit!

Committing to journaling means that you need to make some changes! But the changes can be very small if you choose to start with one good sentence per day.

3. Take your notebook everywhere!

The best journal for you to use is the one that is with you! Use it when you have those “10 or 15 minute” in between times! You know what I mean? Instead of scrolling your social media, write a few sentences!
